Our Unemployed learnership programmes are specifically designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, providing unemployed young people with a structured learning pathway to employment through a combination of a unique mix of theoretical knowledge and competency-based practical work experiences that enhance learning, professional development, and employability.

After completion of their technical training, we maximise their ability to integrate swiftly into a world of work through our Work Readiness Programme aimed at equipping participants develop essential workplace competencies such as professional communication, teamwork, punctuality, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette which are vital for career success.
